The customer service is terrible

Horrible customer service for a corporate office! I was trying to file a formal complaint, I went on the internet and this was one of the first numbers for Sprint that showed up. So I called them first. When the man answered the phone, he rattled off his name so fast then he said who is this? Very unprofessional on the phone! I told him my name and I told him that I was a Sprint Customer a valued Sprint customer and that I had an experience over the weekend involving one of the stores and I wanted to file a complaint. He then told me well this is not the line to be calling in complaints I asked him nicely could you head me in the right direction he said continue your search on the internet. That was the answer. Sprint is absolutely horrible!
