Very disappointed to with there customer service by the brunch Manager.

I went there with my mother, 76yrs to get some documents notarized but the banker was very rude. Even though I made an online appointment, he did not have it on his system and he made it sound like it was my fault. In his own words, "I should have called the branch to make an appointment and I cannot just walk in to use the notary services". I don't think i'll ever be going back to this branch anymore.
