San Ramon Regional Medical Center- Emergency Room

They are very efficient and we were out in less than an hour with all the tests done. The doctors and nurses are amazing!

Extremely expensive. We went there and only get a Saline iv and get billed over $2k AFTER insurance. This is ridiculously expensive. We called the billing department a few times and they are not willing to give any discount. I would suggest go to a different ER

Dr bhattti naveenpal is an insensitive person and shouldnt be working in medicine. He saw me for less than two minutes and dismissed my problem completely.

Given the abysmal reviews that nearly every ER in the East Bay has, I wasn't expecting much from this visit. But man, this was probably the best ER visit I've had, ever. It helped that I came around midnight when it was nearly empty, so I didn't have to wait long to check in, or to be given an exam room. The nurses who took my vitals were super friendly and made sure to keep asking me questions about my symptoms, encouraging more detail. I was there less than an hour before they got my bloodwork *and* a CT scan done, and I only waited about 30 minutes to find out the results. The main doctor who spoke to me on the results was genuinely interested in addressing all of my symptoms and questions - the complete opposite of other ER doctors I've seen who come in after you've been there 4 hours and spend 1 minute reciting test results to you before moving on. I really can't recommend this ER enough - come here if you're at all able, especially if it's the overnight shift when you won't be behind 20 other patients. To the nurses and doctor who helped me tonight (11/5/2023) - thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I really appreciate your effort, care, and attention.
