        I've been searching for a good Mandarin restaurant (they have other styles too, good menu) for a long time. While staying in my old hood, a person suggested Ping's here in San Rafael, CA. You can order ahead but uses a company to delivery, I used Uber. The food was hot upon arrival, very good and reasonably priced for the portions of food. I will order again the next time I visit here. This was takeout, can not say about the ambiance of the restaurant or the service. Who ever took my order was so pleasant and helpful.

        They're permanently closed! Not sure why Google refuses to update this. Best Chinese food in South Marin. Prices better than San Francisco.

        I have gone to pings for a long time which is now bought out and called Emmas, and I regret to have to make this review because they had the best Chinese food around but what I just ate had to be the equivalent of eating yesterdays meal out of the toilet I have never had Chinese food I have ever actually been disappointed in that I threw it out save your stomach and your pocket you want Chinese food go to Safeway and get P.F. Changs. Its that much better.
