This was one of the worst businesses I have ever worked with. I have never in my life written a bad review for a company, but this one was. exceptionally terrible. I warn everyone to stay away from this business if you want to avoid terrible service and extremely overpriced services. I was quoted about $120 to code a key to my car(which was reasonable since I had already bought the key from the dealership and it was a keyless car). Was charged close to $400 and when my brother called the business to discuss it, he was called a liar and was told there was no way someone would have given him a quote as they dont give prices up front. He was told they would call back in 30 minutes, but after 4 hours, no call came back. He called again and the same thing happened. Then I called and a lady that picked up faked being a manager once i respectfully asked to speak to a manager. In the end I talked to a real manager or business owner (im not sure which), and was essentially told it was my brothers fault that the original person had given us a quote (huh?? there was so much blaming us and not them taking accountability). i was then told we would be given $70 back.. which never came through after two weeks. surprise.

Schlage house key reproduced from a very worn "original" (probably) a copy. All three copies, made on the spot, worked very well.
