One Medical

Please note the following: 1. A lot of the other reviews are actually complaining about the app and membership - which the physical site locations have nothing to do with and have no control over. It instead has everything to do with the General Administration team that oversees all telephonic communication as well as memberships across all One Medical sites - but they are not directly located or involved with any one of them. 2. The General Administration team are the ones you talk to whenever you call into the One Medical number (it doesnt matter which site you called - the number will always redirect to this line). They will refuse to transfer you to speak to someone at your particular clinic. Some may also directly refuse you service if you dont have an active One Medical membership. I have had headaches dealing with them in the past before. This brings me to my next point. 3. You dont actually have to pay for a membership to use One Medical. There is currently a Class Action lawsuit against One Medical for intentionally misleading customers to believe that they must pay to use their services. While it is true that you will not be able to use the One Medical app, or send messages and make appointments from the app, if you dont pay - you can still call into the General Administration line to make an appointment. However, be warned that some General Administration staff may try to gatekeep you and may even lie about needing a paid membership to use their services. If that happens, just hang up and call back to get another person.

A terrible medical system run by robots unable to call an office some nice doctors but hard to reach .. amazon has ruined this system .

"Same day or next day visits." Sounds good, but I tried to book my annual physical at this location as I live north of San Rafael. This is the booking options: "Hang in there! Were working on adding more appointments, so please check back regularly." What are we paying a membership for?

They sent a 15 dollar bill to collections. I have been a member of one medical for many years, from when they first began and have always paid. they have mad am immense amount of money off of me over the years. It's unfortunate that they did not try to contact through the app or by phone to actually get a hold of me. They said they sent a letter but I never received it. I'd sy avoid this particular one medical office unfortunately.
