Felix and his crew fixed our sinking foundation, and are now redoing our front steps and driveway. I could not be happier with our experience. Felix is easy to communicate with, extremely competent, as hardworking as it gets, and reasonably priced. He is out there every day with his crew doing the actual work, and we feel relaxed knowing that whatever he advises when questions come up is what we should do!

Felix at RF Construction (San Rafael) just finished foundation work, french drain and rat slab at my hillside home in Novato. He is extremely professional, fair, hardworking and thorough in every aspect of the job. He communicates very well, cleans up each day and was always respectful of my property. Had an emergency situation where my patio sliding door was smashed and needed to replace the door.  Ramine (I think that was his name, but might be wrong because of his thick Iranian accent) said he would come in the afternoon.  He called later and promised to come over at 6:00 pm.  I had a lot of things to do but was "pinned down" waiting for him to arrive.  Then he calls at 6:30 and explains that his last job took longer than expected, but will be here in 30 minutes tops.  I get a text from him at 7:30 pm saying that he can't make but will able to come at 7:00 am next day. I confirm by text.  Never shows up the next day and try to reach him & his "mail box is full".  Seems nice, but he is a flake and his word is worthless.
