Life & Body Wellness Center is a sanctuary. It has offered my 7 year old son and myself peace and healing in a very short time. The most dramatic was healing my son's ear infection in one visit and my head cold also had significant improvement in just one visit. My son is more relaxed. More in his body. His sensory issues have decreased and he is better able to sleep. Calmer overall. Dr. Michael is an amazing practitioner. He has also really helped me release a lot of stress that was causing me pain (body and soul). I look forward to each visit and much continued healing at this amazing place.

Life and Body Wellness Center has made such a huge change in my life! I am more integrated, more fully myself, free from the chronic aches, pains, and stresses that I have lived with for most of my life. I am less reactive and happier as well. I have already referred two dear friends to the Center, who are also experiencing the same positive changes. Thank you, Nani and Michael!

Life and Body Wellness has changed my life! For years I have been a victim of chronic back pain which would radiate into my legs causing severe numbness and tingling. I have tried many different treatments to help my pain including prescription drugs, physical therapy, water therapy, and finally steroid injections into my spine. Unfortunately the injections did not work the first time so I had to go back two more times afterwards. The pain was so debilitating that I became depressed and angry. At this point I was willing to do anything including surgery. I went to two different surgeons for opinions and was ready to undergo the knife. Last March I was out to dinner with some friends and one of the girls mentioned Drs. Michael and Nanilea and how they helped her. I decided to give it a try and am forever grateful that I did. For the past year my life has completely changed. I wake up everyday with a smile on my face since I am pain free. It is amazing! I now exercise on a regular basis and have even joined a cycling group. Thank you so much Drs. Michael and Nanilea. I have a new lease on life.

Dr. Nanilea Critchfield and Dr. Michael Diamond are some of the best NSA practitioners in the country. Hands down. My husband and I discovered network spinal analysis about 3 years ago and receiving this work has profoundly changed the quality of our lives. I used to have chronic back pain (woke up in with massive back spasms and couldn't walk at age 20 and that was 20 years ago!) and after a couple of months in care, not only was the pain gone, but I slept better, had more energy, more mental focus, and much more ability to allow the stress of my life to flow through me. I'm just able to let it go. When our lives get really stressful we sometimes go in twice a week and it makes a HUGE difference. My husband's head used to be 6 inches in front of his body and he had this weird, large lump of muscle growing at the base of his neck to support it and now after care his head is right over his shoulders, lump gone, spine healthy. It really is so amazing, it's like magic. Seriously. Now back to Dr. Nanilea and Dr. Micahel. Not all practitioners are created equal, just like everything else in life. Some teachers are way better than others, some doctors etc. Well it's no different here. We've had different practitioners over the past years and these two are so gifted and talented at what they do, we're extremely lucky to have them so close. They are so passionate about this work and serving at the highest level, it's inspiring. We drive from San Francisco to see them every week in the middle of our crazy 70-80 hour work week. Is it worth it? Absolutely!! It's not only worth it. It's necessary! We are so grateful to have these two in our lives. Do you want the quality of your life to not only be better but WAY better than it is? If the answer is yes, go see them. You won't regret it!
