Union Bank

People are fine at the brunch mostly but this is the third time I am being declined at a store yet there should be money in my account. The only star I am giving is for the employees other than that I would not. The customer service is not helpful at all. When I called the 800 NUMBER supervisor is acted like cashiers with no power "There is nothing I can do you need to go to the branch and find out" WHAT A SOLUTION AND HELP..

This review is LONG over due! Back in August i had an issue with getting my new bank card ( which was never sent prior to my old card expiration date ) Long story short it took about 3 weeks to get my new card along with the hassle of a false refusal of delivery by FedEx to my work office.  The lady assisting me Courtney was very friendly and honestly went above and beyond for me. She knew i was getting frustrated with having to always come into the bank branch and she knew the entire situation revolving around my card. She took initiative and called card services to find out about my card and was able to also find out which FedEx office the card had been returned to.Courtney could have just stopped there and let me do the rest but she called the FedEx office and made sure they would hold it there for me to pick up rather than being sent back to union bank! Courtney helped me out so much and went above and beyond in my eyes for customer service. I really appreciated all her help and have been meaning to write this review. Thanks again Courtney.

I started an account with Union because I needed Euro and the only way they would give it to me is if I opened and account! So I decided I would put in 200 per month as a savings. In the last 18 months they have threatened to freeze the account for non- activity. Apparently they do not count putting money in their bank as activity!! I even called and they said we will take care of it. 3 TIMES!!!I wish I could give them less than on starI am withdrawing the money out tomorrow and closing my account because it has screwed up my payroll deposit and check amount.

The current manager, Ms.  Economopoulos, has been taking care of my accounts and my parents for several years. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional. It's hard not to notice those attributes immediately. She runs a great branch and is a perfectionist.  She has appropriately offered us the right products and we have been very pleased with her and her branch.  No issues whatsoever.  Go see for yourself.
