Our medical practice finally found a billing service that promised results and delivered!  The staff at Top Form recouped over $135,000 in unpaid claims that were nearly a year old (while other companies that we called told us that was impossible)!  In addition, they appealed previously paid claims to IPA's that we were not contracted with and got us reimbursements of 100% (equal to our original billed amount!!!!!)  Noel (the owner) really knows her stuff.  We had a little wager going in our office that this couldn't be done...and I lost!   Bottom line is this...  our cash flow has improved immensely, the doctor  is making more money, and I got a raise for finding this awesome billing service.  I highly recommend them to any practice that is unhappy with the payments they are receiving from insurance companies.  Top Form will definitely tell you what your insurance biller has been doing wrong, and get you paid right!
