        DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!! My father has been here since October 2023 and his health has declined tremendously. Vale DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. The CNA'S AND NURSES are terrible and the Social Workers, especially C.C. don't do their jobs. They don't return your calls, emails, don't have resources, nothing. The are no help AT ALL. If you care about yourself or a family member PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

        Terrible times 1000. I make calls and the Social Workers never get back to me. Reception and nurses dont care. If my husband could be in an animal shelter he would get better care
