This is serious! Do Not Come Here! I recommend working with your insurance to find a better place, They don't know what they are doing. There is nothing professional about this place, they always leave you waiting for hours, you have an appointment at 10 and they see you at 10:40 and the doctors don't know how to answer your questions. It seems like they're making fun of you. You ask them to send medication to one pharmacy and they send it to another, they never pay attention. It takes months to obtain a prescription, it feels like they do things by force and not to help, I think they forgot because they studied (to help) They tell you that they are going to call you and they don't call you. They have a MyChart app and they say you can send messages and it's a lie you can never contact anyone. It's something terrible. What a shame that we have to see this with so much money and help that these clinics receive. And the waste of study they did to get to a clinic so that people can see how poorly they provide care. And I speak from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. It's frustrating... but there's no way the need has the face of a dog.

I was very unsatisfied and though the payment was affordable the care was very poor and badly managed. All I needed was a prescription for an infection and they said it would take up to two to three days to have the tests come back to prescribe it. I went to another clinic and they had my prescription by the end of the visit. Its unfortunate how doctors operate now. They really disappointed me and made me angry. I would not go to this clinic if I knew what I know now. Wasted time while being sick and them dangling antibiotics over my head. Find another clinic. This one has bad doctors and didnt help me. Suffer for two or three days is ridiculous.

Do Not Come Here If Possible! I came in a few years ago (I'm still traumatized) to be seen for pain to the point of not being able to sit. When I was examined they involuntarily used a catheter to get a urine sample, told me they didn't know what was wrong with me, and then left me in the room. They never diagnosed me and I had to go to the E.R. They don't know what they are doing and should probably loose license.

The staff in front and even the doctors are terrible, they just gossip among themselves, that's why they don't take good care of the patients, it's obvious that they don't even have anyone to supervise them.
