I honestly didnt think this program was legit when it was talked about at my benefits meeting. I was at my wits end when I couldnt get my surgery done local to me and decided I reached out to Carrum. Iand worked with Nathalia, she was fantastic from our first phone call, took care of everything. I honestly had to worry about nothing except show up. We did have a hiccup when checking into our hotel but we contacted Carrum and they took care of everything while we were checked in. I would 1000% use this service again.

From the moment I started my gastric sleeve surgery Carrum Health was with me every step. They kept in touch with me regularly and answered any questions that I had. They took care of so much that it was not overwhelming for me. They walk you through the whole procedure, schedule your travel itinerary, reserve your hotel and then stay in touch before and after surgery. In the past I only dreamed of being able to do this. When I found out that Carrum Health partnered with my company/insurance and then deemed me eligible I was so grateful. I have nothing but great things to say about Carrum Health and all the people who helped me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Carrum did a wonderful job supporting me through the whole process from my initial surgery inquiry all the way through post op. It was really a first class experience and the doctor they sent me to was top notch! I would highly recommend Carrum to anyone looking to get a surgical procedure done.

Carrum was the best medical experience I have ever incurred!!!!!! If I could give a 100 stars I would. They walk & explain you through every step & I not once had to fret over making arrangements or anything. My concierge was outstanding!!! She would get back with me Asap & always check up on me even after my surgery. She is a great attribute to Carrum. I can not say enough about Carrum!! And if I ever have to surgery again I will definitely use them. Thank you Carrum for everything you all were awesome .. Lisa
