Overall quick service and a stupidly high quote of $219 + Tax $240.
Not sure if that's even normal pricing (I'm new to the area), but decided to go along with it. Not to mention I tried asking for a quote via phonecall so that I know what to expect for my type of lock, but to no avail. The service worker took a 5 second look at the lock and quoted the aforementioned amount.
Note that I live less than 2 miles from this office and I have a common knob lock (not a deadbolt).
Personally not at all satisfied with their pricing, but to be fair they got the job done.
This review's purpose is to raise awareness as to what to expect if you find yourself in a similar situation.
