Brian has been my agent for 10+ years and his communication and service is outstanding. He covers all of the insurance needs for my family and is always available when I have questions or need to submit a claim. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. Brian and his team are wonderful. He always responds to my messages right away and everyone in the office is super sweet. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and had no idea how to get my claim dealt with and Brian gave me really helpful advice on how to deal with the State Farm claims department. I ended up getting a better settlement than I anticipated because of his suggestions. He's a super nice guy and we have been with him since 2001. Def recommend!

Brian has been my agent for 25+ years. From the moment I had to insure my first car, first home, first child to all my needs today.
State Farm is known for their world-class insurance coverage, but Brian and his team are what make it feel "like a good neighbor." World-class service by a team that really cares.
He's been at this for a long time. Google Map Reviews and Yelp didn't exist when I chose to work through him as my agent. This review is long overdue. If you're looking around, look no further.

Brian Takemoto has been our family's State Farm insurance agent for twenty five years. He insures our home, autos, and our commercial and residential investment properties. Whenever I need Brian's help he is readily available to answer questions and to give expert advice. His well trained staff is always friendly and helpful as well.
Recently, a condo we own sustained water damage from a broken water pipe in an outside wall. The water damaged the ceiling, walls, floor, water heater and fireplace. I was able to speak with Brian the day the damage occurred. He made recommendations regarding repair companies. He answered questions about how best to file a claim and gave valuable advice on what to expect from the condo management on the issue of liability.
Brian Takemoto is unfailingly courteous, impressively knowledgeable, and readily available to help. His dedication to seeing his clients through difficult times has been evident whenever I've consulted him. Brian is the insurance agent you want when you need one the most.
