Exceptional customer service. Really above and beyond. Purchase, delivery, and installation all on the same day, with Ryan the owner making a run to Home Depot to help me with the electrical after hours. Noticed this on the wall in the store. This business treats it customers exceptionally well! A gem of a local business.

We have had a Marquis hot tub since late 2016 and it is wonderful. Ryan and team have been great over the past six years in maintaining the spa. I highly recommend Marquis. It has been problem-free and we enjoy it every day.

I bought my Marquis Epic Spa from Pacific Sauna and Spa 15 years ago and I greatly enjoy the evening soaks. Ryan Stein and his team have provided outstanding customer support throughout. Last week, when it was time to replace the bromine cartridge, the plastic handle broke (it was an original piece) and I couldn't get the old bromine cartridge out. I called the showroom in a panic worried that the water would go bad -- and I wouldn't be allowed to replace the water during the drought! Maddy Stein got right on the matter -- together with Ryan they arranged to get the repair team out the very next day. Since they didn't have the part on hand and they didn't want to take a chance for me to wait for one, they sent the team out with a part from a new showroom model. I recognized the head of the repair team when they arrived as he has been working with Ryan for a long time (a great sign......). They assessed and repaired the issue in 20 min! Crises averted and for just a nominal fee! I was so very relieved and grateful that the team was able to replace the broken part and I was able to save my water.......My Marquis Epic has been a terrific spa for so many years and it has required only minimum maintenance. But, when I need service I know that Ryan, Maddie, and Pacific Coast Sauna & Spa are there to support me and keep my Marquis spa running great. I am delighted with their personal customer care and can't thank them enough!

Disappointed in our experience with PCS and customer service. Our sauna arrived later than promised, we paid to get it installed, and temperature sensor never worked. Made aryan aware of it within days of us realizing it wasnt working. Its been 4 months and no resolution from the company.
For what we paid, I dont feel like we are getting what we paid for.

I don't know who they have driving their vans, but their driver almost crashed into me on the 101 today. He was swerving and when I drove up, I saw a middle aged Caucasian man just laughing and looking very careless. I thought it was a one time situation due to looking at the GPS, but he wasn't looking at anything other than the road. Not sure what happened, but for almost 20 miles this driver could not have passed a sobriety test
