The tl;dr version of this is remodeling is complicated, if you are looking for a contractor, the number one thing you should prioritize is trustworthiness, followed closely by quality work. SEA will give you both. Don't learn this the hard way like I did.
My husband and I have lived in the same Belmont house for most of 20 years. SEA remodeled our two bathrooms for us back in 2010. Both of these gorgeous bathrooms have been great and garnered countless compliments over the years. We've had no problems with any of the work 13 years down the line! In 2020, since the pandemic made us stay home for a while, we decided to finally remodel our kitchen. We spoke to SEA but unfortunately we got dazzled and drawn in by the lies of another contractor who turned out to be inexperienced and in over his head. We learned the hard way that knowing a contracting company is real, does great work, and is trustworthy is so incredibly, immensely, valuable. Recently, embarrassed about choices made in 2020, I swallowed my pride and called on SEA again. Steve, and project manager Ethan, were nice enough to come out and make a plan to fix some of the lingering and worsening problems from the other contractor's work. They spotted how poorly the huge patio cover we have now was connected to anything, anchored it better, and then we had all those crazy wind storms. SEA might have fixed it just in time! We'd actually already paid one plumber to fix the loose faucets in the kitchen but the fix hadn't worked, SEA got it done right finally. The other contractor had built cement stairs in our backyard over our dryer vent and then slapped together a laughably long and twisted new one that left our laundry needing three dryer cycles to get done, Ethan and Steve knew instantly that we needed to have installed a booster fan and when they did that for us they also rebuilt the ducting to work properly. Voila, first laundry dry in one go in two years! These are small fixes but I know they will last because I've got their work from 13 years ago as evidence. Remodeling is never easy. It always takes longer and costs more than hoped. But what I've learned in the last three years is that what matters most in a contractor is trustworthiness and honesty, followed in a close second by quality of work. SEA will give you both.

Terrible to work for. Never do business with them. Definitely don't recommended.
We clean a building and never got paid.

Greedy and self serving owner Steve. Nice enough staff, but very difficult to get passed the arrogance and entitled CEO. If you are considering any type of construction project, you would do well to avoid this place. Everything is "No problem" and "Nickle and dime minor details" during the pre-signing consultations. Yet afterwards the "Back - Charges" roll in with such regularity and for such mundane inconsequential tasks, or for services rendered during the execution of "Work not specified or not included in the contracts stated scope of work". As if they've just started building homes last week and hadn't yet found out that logistics, engineering, co-ordinating with inspectors, Architects and of all things other contractors. We're all unforseen setbacks, and not simply a common sense easily foreseen and adapted to part of the overall function of a construction company." The extra work orders, project reassessment fees, change orders, and even "Procurement Charges" (As if simply having materials delivered to the project was so difficult and expensive that the only way to face such a challenge was to generate a new and confiscatory invoice.
Just legalized extortion at best, or routine systematic exploitation at worst. Stay far from this thief
