Have been trying to get my garments back since March of 2020. It has been over six months. I have driven by the store (it remains closed), called (no answer), left messages (not returned), tried to reach out via Google (no response) and none of my attempts to get my clothing back have been successful. Now the business has closed down and their phone number has stopped accepting messages.

The last experience was terrible!!! I gave them 5 items and paid $26, but my pants stay almost as dirty as I gave to them with a spot; my jacket also was with spots as I gave them, my sweater keep the smell as before I gave it to them. It looks like they just iron it without any clean! And my other jacket was even crushed !!! I’m very disappointed!!

This place destroyed my shirt! I brought in a few articles of clothing. When I picked them up, someone stapled a paper ID tag through one of my shirts, which tore apart the fabric. I brought the shirt back and showed the employee behind the counter and he took my information and said the manager would call me back. That never happened. A few days later I called again and asked to speak with the manager. The person on the phone said the manager was out to lunch, but he took my information and said the manager would call me back. After not receiving a phone call, I called again a few hours later and supposedly the manager was no longer there. The next day the manager called and left a message while I was unavailable saying that he got my message, and he's not going to do anything about it! I called back 7 minutes later and the person on the phone said that the manager was no longer available. I tried contacting the manager several more times and never received a response. Go here if you want your clothes destroyed and you want to experience terrible customer service.
