Bay Area Refacing

John responded quickly to my initial request and to every other text or call in a timely manner. He was professional and thorough. My refacing was time sensitive and John went above and beyond to get everything installed on time at no extra cost to me. The workers that came with him were all as friendly and respectful as he is. Not sure how to top all of the other reviews. John was just head and shoulders above the rest. We almost missed each other but through his diligence he found my number and called back, I almost didn’t take the call. What a huge mistake it would have been. From the moment I met him I knew he was going to do the job. He is smart, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. He set a date and everything ran like clockwork. He and his team became part of our family. We miss him and rate him as distinctive.

I can't recommend John and his team highly enough. I got quotes from several different refacers, and though John didn't have the lowest estimate, it was very competitive. I was impressed by his attention to detail, quality and knowledge of the refacing process. He's as picky as I am about getting things right, which is a good thing! We had all doors replaced, veneer done, countertops and backsplash replaced. John coordinated all the subcontractors which was really helpful. Though the project ran a little over time, it was for a good reason - some of the materials arrived with slight imperfections and he re-ordered them (at no cost to us). The kitchen turned out absolutely spectacular and we are so happy with it - the pictures speak for themselves.

I’m so happy I found John! His work is amazing, and the end result is totally custom cabinets at a fraction of the cost of other options we looked at, but with even better quality. The best part about working with John is how straight-forward he is about pricing and what sort of things will impact cost. The work is also flawless! We got walnut cabinets, with real walnut wood. Don’t hesitate to work with John!

Excellent work! John finished on time, he communicated with us well, and he is a skilled craftsperson. His crews were courteous, and professional. We are going to miss having him around. John and his team can build just about anything from scratch, and they use high quality materials.
