Jacob was friendly and prompt in his communications. His service was approved by our insurance (Geico) and the inspection, drop-off, repair and pickup all went smoothly. There was a 10-day delay because of additional damage that they found mid-repair -- to ease the inconvenience, he gave us a loaner car. Overall we're quite satisfied and will recommend him.

Really great work. I had some pretty deep dents in my door from a neighbor who kept opening their door into the side of my car. Jacob got them all out in a couple of hours. The results were much better than I expected. The finish looks pretty close to brand new.

I needed to have my back bumper fixed (both the left side and right side). Since the car is over 10 years old, I didn’t want to spend too much money but still wanted the car to look nice. Jacob was great - he told me what he could do to make the bumper look good without having to replace the whole thing. The work turned out great! He also fixed some scratches that had been there for years. I would definitely use him again!

Found Jacob on Yelp. Reached out for a quote. He was very professional and honest about the repair. The repair took a little bit less than 2 hours. He buffed out my bumper and pulled a dent out. My fender and bumper looks better than I expected! I couldn’t thank you enough to make this repair pleasant for me. Especially when I’m not going through insurance. My new Tesla had a long dent and some scratched letters in the Tesla name on the trunk from the garage door hitting it. Jacob responded quickly and gave me an estimate. He told me that he could fix the dent but might not be able to repair the scratched letters "T' and "E' in the back plate (they had been scraped hard). Not only did he fix the dent and the letters, he cleaned up the car and it looks brand new again. I was impressed by his method and efficiency. This was so much easier than giving the car up to a body shop for a week! Thank you Jacob.
