Nobody can cut an infant's / toddler's hair with as little stress as Chi! I've been going to Chi and Paul for years--great haircuts at very reasonable prices.

I came in with my son and the employee in the front and the salon worker asked how to help me and my son. I said, "I want a haircut for my son." They told us to wait. So we waited. When it was our turn, the employees said they could not help us because my son is a kid. Then they asked me which of the picture haircut I want for my son. I pointed and they said they can not help us and they told us to go somewhere else; because they then said they didn't want to help us. The man and the woman were helping two white men and as soon as they left, the man and the woman started with the deragatory words and actions. When the woman started cutting my son's hair, I said I want the front cut straight with the front combed straight down. The woman said my son is going to look like a coconut with that haircut. I said that's so rude. Then the man said I'm stupid because I'm a Mexican and I don't understand. Then the man came up to me and said they don't accept cards and I said I never asked about that and I'm paying with cash. Then when we were leaving, they just gave us dirty looks as we opened the door and left after that. That was so rude and so unprofessional of the man and the woman. I was looking forward to an excellent haircut because a reccomendation from Alex Mosqueda. Now, I am extremely dissatisfied by the blatant racist remark. I'm sorry. I will take my business elsewhere.
