My family had to move on short notice and we needed to rent our home out quickly. I’d heard about the impact of using drones for home listings, so we decided to give it a try. We contacted Chris at Code 3 Media and we were thoroughly pleased with the process and end result. Chris was responsive, organized and great to work with. He scheduled a time to come to our house, gave us a few tips on what would make the shots look better (cleanup the toys, move the cars out of the driveway), and then arrived on time and took the photos of our home interior and the aerial shots. He wasn’t there long, and within a day or two I received a link of all the photos he took, as well as a video he put together. I was blown away by the result. We included the video and photos on our rental listing and it made all the difference and really set our home apart. Our house was rented within a few days, and everyone who came by commented on the quality of our listing and the awesome video. We will definitely contact Code 3 Media for all real estate needs in the future.
