        I had Covid 2 weeks ago and called ahead of time to clear this with them and to reschedule if necessary. They told me I would be fine and just needed to wear an N95 mask. I had already been cleared to go back to work as per appropriate guidelines. I drove from North County for my appointment and was already undressed on the table when I was informed the staff did not feel comfortable seeing me because I had coughed. Wasted my time and gas for nothing, even when they were the ones that told me I could show up.

        Friendly and attentive staff. Sonographer was thorough and patient when baby wouldn't cooperate. She explained every image and answered all of my questions. No wait times and easy check-in. They make you feel comfortable and provide a welcoming environment.

        My appointment was already pushed back because of xmas when I got a text warning me it might be delayed because of the storm but they would send more texts. No call or text so I called 3x to check if they were still open and each time I got the voicemail. Drove all the way from north county to find the place closed with a handmade sign telling us they are closed for the storm. It was sunny and not raining. A call or text would be appropriate. Will update with my rescheduled appointment.
