Ive had a few instances of neglect and discrimination on the staffs end in the ER. I would compare the level of professionalism to high school students. Many staff are just straight up disrespectful and spread rumors. There are a few staff that have the patience and resources to deal with clients who have mental health issues, they have very little sympathy. Whether it is a minor or major emergency, the money that I PAY OUT OF POCKET to go to the ER is giving you people a job. All Im asking for is some common decency.

I was transported to Sierra Vista from Twin Cities for an emergency c-section at 29 weeks pregnant. My baby stayed in the NICU for 3 months. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in L&D and the NICU. It really made such a difficult time just a bit easier. Thank you!

Ive only been to this hospital two times and my first experience there is the only reason this hell hole get any stars. They really need to reconsider how they treat people and to be honest if you have another option I would go anywhere else. They belief everyone is there for drugs. They also misdiagnose things that are dangerous. Should not be a hospital. Horrible place to go.

After my college student was injured during IM sports, he went to the ER at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center. He got average care, but then we got the bill, which was exorbitant. Good luck trying to speak to someone in billing. They're outsourced to India. They lie constantly. I called for several months. After I begged to talk to someone AT the hospital by calling an operator, I talked to Financial Services, who said I could request a review of the charges. After they determined (of course) their fee (which they refused to break down and which, by the way, is required by law) was not exorbitant, I paid the bill. I received proof of payment from my bank. Over 3 months later, I received a collections agency bill for the same bill. Apparently it is easy for Sierra Vista Medical Center to LOSE $800, who knew? I can't get in touch with collections, and they don't offer an email address to submit proof of payment. And, even better, they sent a financial aid form. Wow, that would have been nice to know was an option, but I was NEVER TOLD. I have never experienced such an abysmal medical billing experience, and they really do not care. I would avoid this hospital, it's been an absolute recurring nightmare and I wish my son had not needed to go to their ER.

Not offered water or anything
Then some er nurse April came in my room
Belligerently moved me to the hallway
Seriously to a hallway
From there I was pretty much left
Unbelievable I wouldn't take my cat there
The place should be turned in
Only good was the ER dr
And one nurse Eric
Never
Never again
Go to FRENCH
