A+ in every way. We had Valancing Act create window coverings for practically every room in our home. We got plantation shutters for our kids' rooms, roman shades in the kitchen and dining room, and custom draperies for the family room, office, and master bedroom. Every single purchase has been of the absolute highest quality and delivered right on time. I have received tons of compliments in particular on my family room drapes, which Joni helped me design in a way I never would have considered without her input. Joni and Bryan are the ultimate professionals, and nice people to boot. They respect your time (ie, they arrive when they say they will... which seems to be rare with contractors these days), provide great advice in terms of what will be most workable in a given room, and they deliver a superb finished product. On the occasions when we had any issue, they addressed it immediately and to our total satisfaction (eg, shutters that didn't close effectively in one room - due to a manufacturing problem - were replaced after Bryan contacted the manufacturer). We shopped around and found Valancing Act to be more reasonable in price compared with other quotes in the area. I recommend them 100%. We are very, very happy with all of their work.
