Great doctor! I had been seeing him since I discovered nodules on my thyroid in 2010. Unfortunately for us (but good for him!), he retired in January 2022. Not sure who is going to take over his practice. I was promised a call from the new office, but as of now, I haven't heard from them. Will be looking for a new practitioner.

Charged $40 for a follow-up appointment to see how I was doing with the new CPAP that he forgot to order for me. Then on the appointment after that, he just told me he was retiring. Then, when I was arriving toy appointment with his associate, I'm told I owe $190 for the visit in which he told me he was retiring. So I payed $230 for him to waste my time.

I am very disappointed with that Dr.mallotte was not interested in helping me telling me to see my regular doctor rushing me out of the office

I went a while ago, around March 2018. The doctor was great but the billing manager decided to call me a liar because she never contacted me to pay an outstanding bill. I had prepared all the receipts to show her when I called and who I spoke to. I was told they would call back all the time so I can pay my bill via a payment plan. I never received one phone call from them. It seems like they dont call and just send you to a collector because they dont care or have the quickness they should have upon a matter like this. I lived, at the time, an hour away so driving there wasnt really an option till I call one day after seeing I got sent to collections. The billing manager then proceeded to tell me Im a liar and the conversation isnt going anywhere because Im wrong and she said the debt collector has all the information of the ENT reaching out to me. So I call the debt collector and they had zero contact records from the billing department and they gave me a deal to pay a lesser amount right then and there and do a reversal on my credit. I emailed them and complained on various occasions but nothing ever happened. Very unprofessional and its sad when even the debt collector had no history that the billing manager was talking about. I will never go there or recommend the office strictly because of the billing manager.

Been struggling with some pretty severe dizziness on and off for months and no doctor could figure out why so I made an appointment here. It was busy when I arrived so I had to wait a little longer for my appointment, but it was worth it because Dr. Malotte was respectful, asked all the right questions, and was able to provide me with a solid diagnosis and help me figure out what steps to take next in terms of treatment. Very happy with my experience here and will be returning!
