Very knowledgeable!!! Rare that you order a service and get exactly what you wanted, at the time ordered, at the exact price as quoted and it is better than expected. I would recommend Bal Rug Cleaners to anyone. The house was left cleaner than when the technician arrived. 16 years of dust and God knows what else. Probably saved me thousands in new A/C or Heater and utility bills with this job.
