Make sure to follow these set of essential guidelines to relieve statisfsctory customer service. Went in a few weeks she from a middle eastern friend of mine; thinking the owner was "Razi" and the place being incrediblly small, i asked if Razi was around💡 A man in a white coat approached me and said I am Dr.Razi. Well ok, assuming he is a physician now, that he informed me to call him as Dr, I had a question. I was having symptoms unrelated to the medication I needed and when I asked him what it could be, his words were "I'm not sure, you'll have to ask a dotor and need to take this call" when there was no other customers around. Confused I sat down and saw a magazine with his picture on it. It stated, Dr.Kambiz, PHARM D. Now I was no longer confusede. He has a doctorate degree in pharmacology, basically equivalent to that of a 4 year bachelor's degree. Now if he was an RpH, he would be a registered pharamcist. But as an old non-middle eastern man, I felt discriminated against as I saw so many encounters on where this "Dr" was diagnosing certain customers based on what they were just telling him. As a pharmacist, and not a physician, he can not diagnose. In fact their are limited times they can even prescribe certain medications but only under as a clinical pharmacist and under a practice agreement act but that requires so much protocol and is only used to adjust the dosage of the medicafion. Different than PA of NP who can persribe new meds under the supervision So why am I typing all this? Because I have been waiting for 30min for my blood pressure medication and when I saw customers of the same ethnicity also come in with a prescription(not a pick up) they wait 5min at most and were treated very nicely. I was not helped out the door with my cane, nor will I come to this crammed pharmacy where PharmD believes he can diagnose patients; leave that to the physicians.

Years ago when first I saw this place opened with this meaningful name I realized what a hard task they are commited to. RAZI or Razes how the Greeks call him was the father of science of chemistry and Pharmacology ,this is what Wikipedia sez about him: Abū Bakr Muhammad ibn Zakariyyā al-Rāzī (Persian: ابوبكر محمّد زکرياى رازى‎ Abūbakr Mohammad-e Zakariyyā-ye Rāzī, also known by his Latinized name Rhazes (/ˈrɑːziːz/)[3] or Rasis; 854–925 CE), was a Persian[4][5][6] polymath, physician, alchemist, philosopher, and important figure in the history of medicine. He also wrote on logic, astronomy and grammar.[7] Having sed that it requiers good knowledge of the field if you want to represent the name ,this great thinker and physician is a national pride for many and taking the risk of puttinmg the name on your bussines requiers responcibility. As a physician I have had them on my radar and realised that our ethnic patients are askening to change the pharmacy to them .I personally visited them, Dr. Kambiz came and warmly welcomed me even before entroducing my self and reason I visited them and then I talked to Dr. Kambiz.,I observed that the staff were right there to take the order and Pharm D. available to answer the quetions and give you instruction. Dr. Kambiz is a gradute of well known and credited University with Pharm D. credentials and licnece of California Board, These give ease of mind regarding the knowledge of doctors at the center. Doctor Kambiz is always present at the site along with other senior pharmacycts and Pharmacy Managers and ready to help the costomers regarding their insurance questions. For a lot of our patients where english is not the prefered langage ,explaining the dosis and instruction on how to use and side effects and intraction with other medications are things that are explained to them in native language . I am assured that the place is a great service to the community and I highly recommend them without any reservations.
