Kathe is an amazing realtor in every sense of the word. From our initial interaction through close of home sale and even after, she was proactive and committed. We always felt we were in good hands and knew she was drawing from her years of expertise to guide us in the right direction on the many aspects of selling a home. She was communicative, thorough, flexible and listened to our concerns and perspective. Kathe was also sincere and transparent throughout the entire process.   Her love for animals (including our crazy pup!) was reflected in her personal, down-to-earth demeanor and overall approach. She truly is a realtor with a heart; a rarity these days! We highly recommend Kathe and will most certainly work with her again!

Kathe is an amazing Realtor. She sold my house after one open house. I interviewed other people and felt instantly comfortable with Kathe. She is a true professional and kind at the same time.She even got me a discount on the termite inspection! And gave a helping hand at every turn.I will definitely use Kathe to buy my next home.

Kathe helped us sell our home quickly using her great marketing skills. She is a go getter! Always right there to answer questions and explain everything along the way. Then even with this insane market Kathe having so much knowledge knew what it would take to get a place within our means. We left a lot up to her in offer making because she knows exactly what she is doing.  So grateful to have had Kathe during this journey.

Kathe was so helpful, patient and informative. This was our first home and we didn't know a lot about the process. Kathe was more than happy to walk us through everything and tell us what everything means. Negotiations were so smooth with her, I never was worried during the whole process. I was so lucky to have found Kathe when searching for Realtors in Rancho Santa Margarita.  I had a complicated sale due to having tenants and the Covid-19 restrictions, but Kathe was amazing to work with through it all.  She was able to handle all the curveballs thrown at her and her feedback and knowledge of the market was incredible.  I highly recommend her!
