John is great. I have been insured at this office for years after he took over for a retiring agent. John is sharp, friendly, detailed, always calls back, and is personally available to help you. John is the standard by which all insurance agents should be measured, and his staff is good too. I say that as someone who has worked in the same industry for years. Well done, great office.

Excellent insurance agent. I trust him. He is easy to understand. I switched from another State Farm agent that I never even met, too far away and had some problems. John had very good reviews, so I checked him out at his office and signed up. You don't have to notify your old agent when you do this. No problems, been with John many years now. He's near me so it's convenient; near the Mission in San Juan Capistrano so there's a lot to do nearby and a fun town to visit!
