Was lucky enough to find this place on google as I was due for my dreaded 1st colonoscopy. Dr. Chaurasia and his staff are professional, pleasant and attentive as well. From his front office staff to his nursing staff this office is truly amazing as I have never seen an office move so efficiently while still crossing every T and doting every I while doing it with a smile. There was follow-up several times throughout the process as well as an in person call from the physician himself after you have received your results making sure you understand and if you had any questions. This office is amazing.

The professionalism of the entire staff here is great. If you need to have a colonoscopy or other procedure, I wouldn't choose anywhere else!

I have had GI issues for about 10 years. Out of all the GI specialists I have seen, this has been the worst experience. The staff was lovely, but the doctor has horrible bedside manner. I tried to speak with the doctor prior to my colonoscopy, and he didn't even acknowledge me. After my colonoscopy I was having cramping pain for several nights after. He called to check in after the 3rd night. When I told him about the cramping pain he asked me if it was getting any better. I said a little, and he just replied with good and left it at that. I understand that the doctor may not want to speak with the patient after a colonoscopy, but my husband tried to speak with him about what he had found and he told my husband to look at the paperwork and started to walk away. My husband stopped him to get further information, and he was rude and short with him. My follow up visit wasn't any better.
