I wouldn't send video game consoles here for repair. I only went here by recommendation of Play N Trade.
They ignored all the notes I told them to leave. They incorrectly told me what things they would be doing in repairing it, they ended up not actually reapplying thermal paste as I was assured so at start. They attempted to get me to pay extra money when I immediately returned after picking up the console after I realized the CD drive was completely nonfunctional after repair, but after overly pressuring them to look at it without further payment, it was found to be due to a suspiciously misplaced cord. This all not to mention they didn't even test the console by inserting a cd when they "repaired" it and gave me a console with a clear glaring issue. The repair also didn't last very long and the console is completely dead at the moment. I wouldn't recommend this place.

THE OWNER IN MY CASE, DID NOT STAND BEHIND HIS PRODUCT AND SERVICES.
I took my Dell Laptop to Cellular & Laptop Repair Centers at 25106 Marguerite Pkwy C, Mission Viejo, CA 92692. There is a second location same business at 23591 Rockfield Blvd Ste C, Lake Forest, CA 92630. They informed me that my laptop battery needed to be replaced.Then they sold me what was supposed to be a new battery which I paid in full for the New battery and for labor.
After 5 months the battery swelled and stop working. The battery they installed was likely an aftermarket product, used or defective. I contacted the business owner, who appeared not to care one bit about this issue at all.
The business owner claimed I was out of warranty. The owner did not stand up for his business or the business products and services. I find this as a business practice that it is unacceptable. The owner claimed I should know the policies of his business and If I want a new Battery, I must pay again. I question the quality of the battery in the first place.
I offered to show them pictures and video of the swollen battery since I was in vacation and could not board the airplane with hazardous materials. Swollen batteries strictly prohibited on the aircraft
When a business does not support its products or customers, should not have the right to be in business.
