        I was in a bind since I needed a part for my old water heater which no one seemed to have and everyone was trying to sell me a new water heater which would have cost me thousands. That all changed once I called Jeff. He was able to locate the needed part and installed it in a jiffy. Jeff is super honest and extremely reasonable. He is also a very nice man. Very polite and professional. He wasn’t trying to sell me what I didn’t need. He deeply cared about my situation. He drove all the way from San Juan Bautista on a Saturday morning to Santa Cruz to help me out. He did a fantastic job. I highly recommend jeff for all your water heater needs. I will definitely use Jeff’s services in the future. Service: Boiler installation

        These guys are fantastic. We had two other companies say they were going to fix the water heater and then disappeared (radio silence) for almost a week. Within one day, Jeff from Express Water Heaters came out and fixed the problem!! I highly recommend them and we will always be calling them moving forward for water heater assistance.
