This location should be shut down because of their shady business practices with their clients. Proffesionalism is at an all time low at this location. The owner and employees are not to be trusted with your property. This location is known for damaging clients products and holding cars hostage. Owner likes to take clients cars for joyrides! Many blatant lies thrown around from the owner of this location. I hope this review is useful for others to avoid terrible customer service, and damage to your vehicle in an untrustworthy business establishment. On a side note a friend of mine brought his car here and met with hostility from the owner when he wanted the vehicle back. The owner ruined the turbo setup instead of focusing on bagging the car. Brought the car in with no problems left with alot of damage and headache. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THIS LOCATION IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! They also stole car parts from the trunk and the parts are nowhere to be found and no one will take responsibilty.

My experience at auto image custom was exceptional , my first time I had work done at auto image custom I took my Cadillac in to get some window tint and they were so kind and careful in explaining how the process works and all the instructions on the after care , they were fast , reliable and all over exceptional and because of all that I decided to take my bmw over there to get a wrap done on my car it's something I have been wanting to do for awhile and I felt so confident in having them do the job , Carlos was so professional and walked me through the process on how the wrap goes on how to take care of the wrap and gave me options and ideas . In the end they built my whole car , they powder coated my rims , added on my body kit fixed some maintenance on the car . If you need anything done on your car auto image custom does it and is the place to go .

Dropped of my car for a full wrap not only car was there for over 2 months then he needed my help to finishe the job . After I took the stop off the car I found cut marks and deep scratches in the paint from cutting the Vinyl on the car. I would not recommend it at all
