We've had Rayne Water since 2001 until we sold our house in 2019 in Elk Grove, Sacramento, CA. Best system and service! We just bought a house in San Jose, CA 2 months ago and thankfully, Rayne has few locations in the bay area including San Jose. We again contacted them, bought their new and best system last month. My husband and I can never live without a water softener that makes the water taste so good as well as protection of our investment from the hard water that will damage your pipes and calcium deposit long term. The best benefit is health! Protect your skin as the soft water makes your skin always smooth and subtle. 5+ stars is our rating for Rayne. Thank you Rayne for the excellent product and service!

Everyone from customer service rep to driver that drops the tank was amazing. Very professional and helpful!!

I've had Rayne Water since 2001. At first they were great. Over the past several years their tanks are causing a loss of water pressure. It started slowly and I would have to have them come out a couple of times a year to replace bad tanks. Now, I have had 3 bad tanks in a row. The bypass is essential because they often take several days to replace the bad tank. When I asked to speak with a manager about tank testing, they said no one was available. All I think they need is a testing process be put in place and tanks that test bad be removed from service. I am hoping to get this resolved tomorrow. Either way I will update my review.
