This place is HORRIBLE. If there was such thing as canned pho, it would probably taste like the pho from this place. Hmm... actually canned pho would probably taste better and for a lot less money. Here are the highlights of this terribleness:1. BLAND food. The food was lukewarm and the soup bordered on just tasting like water and salt. Afterward, I noticed the urge to go to Pho Kim Long/another good pho place and have their pho to feel like I even had a lunch. I have never experienced this urge after eating even very mediocre pho, so this says a lot. 2. Service was very frustrating. We ordered pho with fatty brisket and extra tendons. They came back with pho with fatty brisket, some type of leaner meat, and HALF a meatball, NO tendons. First of all, how do you screw up an order when the emphasis was on extra tendons??  Second, who puts just HALF a meatball in pho??  The server (I think he was the owner) was apologetic, but that was cancelled out by his  unsolicited comments whenever he came over to the table. This includes a comment "that's a lot of food" when we ordered two phos and a plate of fresh spring roll appetizer to share. Um, on what planet is that a lot of food? Also, never brought the water we asked for. 3. The restaurant environment decor/media feels chaotic. They have 4 big screen TVs, (with 2 of them touching side by side) all playing the SAME 90s pop music videos. Since I was seated in front of the two TVs placed touching side by side, it was  visually and auditorily distracting. This made it harder to focus on my conversation with my friend. Never coming back.

We tried the seafood pho, chicken pho, and beef pho. All were good - nice portion size and clean-tasting broth. Has large space inside and can accommodate groups. Very casual. I enjoyed the ice cream and tea after as well. Food : 5/5 | Service : 4/5 | Atmosphere : 4/5 More
