Very disappointed. I called this business yesterday and was told because I collect IHSS and they did not take any taxes out because my mom lives with me and I provide for her I would not be able to claim the EIC credit. I was very disappointed and upset yesterday. I decided to do my own research I went on the government website and did my own taxes (paid nothing to file) and federal accepted and I am getting 8k. This business almost made me lose out on a lot of money.

I've gotten my taxes done here for the last two years now and it has always been an easy process. Marcos helped me both times and is consistently informative and clear about what is going on with my tax return. They are always busy so the wait times may vary. Hablan espaol tambien!
