ZERO stars. Absolute worst company ever the service never worked and the customer services is TERRIBLE. After less than two week of attempting to use this service and calling in to their rude customer services to troubleshoot we wanted to cancel and now they are trying to charge us a ridiculous amount. I am telling you they are horrible please save yourself our headache and do NOT use them.

Horrible customer Service, we ordered internet service and had a scheduled window of time from 10 to 3pm , we waited home all day and 3pm rolled around and no technician. We finally received a call from the technician telling us he was running late and would be at our home by 5:30pm and again a no show. We don’t get scheduled back in for almost a week and that brings us to today and again we wait all day at home and they don’t show up so around 4pm we decide to at least get our shopping done since the last time this happen we wasted away our who day. We are out shopping and we get a call asking us if the technician can come after 5pm I explain to the girl we are no longer home and this is the 2nd day that’s been completely wasted for us by their company. I ask her to have them come tomorrow at 9am she says they are booked up so now I’m getting mad, this lady does not seem to care her company wasted away 2 days for me , cost me 2 days pay and now I’m exspected to wait another week. I would stay far away from this company, if they treat customers with such disrespect for our time makes a person wonder about their internet service it’s most likely just as bad. I wish there were negative stars to rate these people .

I changed my mind about using this company after reading these reviews. Someone in management needs to read their reviews, and do something about it if they expect to stay in business. Not future customer pam
