We had notary services and printing done very smoothly . They were patient and pleasant even though we spent a good time trying to get things right slowly to avoid coming back and leaving some document there. Staff helped save money by pointing out the pages that need not be color printed that was very nice , great service. Notary service staff young too very pleasant to work with .

the women running the store got there one minute before opening then proceeded to make all the customers wait as she got computers up an metal gates opened. i asked her if she could put a small piece of tape to reinforce my package and she went into a rant about having packages ready before you get there I was very offended by her scolding me. she proceeded to scold the next customer in line for the very same reason and he grabbed his package out of her hands and left !!! VERY BAD SERVICE

Made an appointment with the notary for Sunday between 12:30 and 1:30 as per their availability, not ours. We showed up at 12:50 and of course had to wait outside due to COVID. After waiting 10 minutes we got in the store only to be told the Notary left already. Seriously of are not going to keep the appointment is always a great idea to let your customer know. Terrible customer service.

In March of 2020, I went to this location to open a mailbox due to changes in my business brought on by Covid-19. I was given the incorrect address in writing for my mailbox by their employee. I have been to the store multiple times to inquire why my mail continues to not make it to me and was assured that the problem was non-existent. On November 2, 2021, I went back to the store again and inquired again. At this time, I was told that I was "leaving out" a part of the address. Mind you, I was using the address given to me by their staff in writing. There was no form of apology and the dialogue was about my failure to use the correct address. I have used many UPS stores in the past with good experience, but I cannot recommend this particular location.
