1)SLOW! It took almost 15 min to prepare a simple burrito when nobody was there at all and only one person walked in after me. I could see only mine and another to go order being worked on. It was dead! 2) The person packing the order put my burrito in someone else's togo bag on the shelf hence why I was waiting there so long. It took another worker to notice me and figure out that my food got packed in the wrong bag. 3) The lady I ordered from forgot to ring me up for a drink. She said I didn't order it but I know I did for a fact but the moment I did she literally cut me off to upsell me on the monthly special burrito from what I got. I'm pretty sure she was trying to make her "quota" ... thanks for not listening. 4) Food had no flavor! Such a subpar restaurant. With so many authentic places nearby this would be the last place I choose going forward. update: 3/17/22 I mistakenly decided to give this place a second chance after the DM Forie Naguit sent me two vouchers to make up for my last visit. One was for "a free entree: any costal trio, taco, burrito, salad, quesadilla " and the second was for "a free chips and guac". Of course, you can only redeem one per visit. Secondly, there is a $10 max on the entree card (as stated in tiny print) and nowhere does it say you will be liable for the cost of entree tax (which was $1.96 in my case). This is really deceiving thinking you're going back in to give them another chance on them and you still owe them money! I calmly told the manager I didn't think it was fair after my last experience here and she still wouldn't waive the tax. I was so annoyed I just walked out and left that useless voucher on the counter. Do better Rubios!

Chicken was so rubbery guacamole was salty as ever. I would not eat at this location ever again youve been warned I wish I would have read the reviews
