Barbara and Nick were outstanding to work with. Before listing our house they helped us figure out what updates we should do that would add the most value - they were very thoughtful in their approach making sure we didn’t over do it. They also provided trades that we could consider to do the work; we selected some of them and they did high quality work and were reasonably priced. Barbara and Nick organized for all the inspections and offered to be there as needed. They also pulled from their experience and data to help us set a selling price for our home which was in a neighborhood 40 miles from their office and not a neighborhood they normally list in. Simply put Barbara and Nick made everything super easy, communicated effectively, were patient, kind, trustworthy.and got things done quickly. They really took the stress right out of the experience. I might even say it was fun. Best news? They secured an offer above asking before the house went officially on the market through their outstanding pre marketing efforts, their strong realtor network and their unparalleled expertise with real estate. We used Barbara and Nick for 2 home purchases--one a condo when we first moved to the Bay Area and one a home in the East Bay--and the sale of our first place. We were so fortunate to have Barbara as our main broker, but both Barbara and Nick helped us navigate the challenges of the Bay Area market (which is very different from where we came from), were extremely patient in explaining all of our options and what was and wasn't realistic, and were clear in outlining the details of everything that needed to get done. We hope to not be moving again in the near future, but highly recommend them for anyone who is!

Nick and Barbara were stellar throughout our search. We bought in the winter of 2018 when demand was sky high and they were able to use their long-standing relationships and insight that allowed us to win the bid even when it wasn't the highest! Now we are 1.5 years into our new house and I still will email them asking for recs on services or utilities. They are fantastic!
