The manager doesn't work with you. I asked for help she said she call me back and never did. I've had some major medical issues and I know I screwed up, but not wanting to help your residents it truly horrible. I love where I live but the management sucks. So now they are going to evict me because I am having issues paying my rent because I couldn't work. Welcome to homeless America where everyone is out for the money and doesn't care about the people anymore.. The all mighty dollar rules...

I have lived here for 15 years already. It is an old apartment complex influenced by Spanish architecture but I can attest that the gated community is well kept inside and outside of the vicinity. In fact, the walkways in one of the buildings is being replaced because they are beginning to form cracks.They have a community pool, regular mailboxes and Amazon lockers, parking lot and designated garages, card and app operated washing machines and dryers in the laundry room (which also has a vending machine with drinks and snacks), and garbage and recycling receptacles. The office staff are approachable and responsive to your questions, requests and needs. The maintenance are always available for minor repairs, replacements and emergencies.There are stubborn residents though who do not comply with the leasing office's rules that makes the place look a little bit unpleasant. Yet, overall, the apartment complex looks decent, clean and nice.
