I frequent this pizza restaurant quite often. Unfortunately it just never came across to actually leave a review on both their food and their customer service. So here’s a review finally. I just went to pick up a pizza to take home. I could have ordered as I walked into the store. However, I chose to take a few minutes to order via the mobile app. As this will also help in the culmination of points to my account. After my order was completed on the app, I instantly received an e-mail order confirmation and proceeded to walk in and wait for the pizza to get cooked. They have a small monitor on the wall adjacent to the kitchen area that displayed my name with an estimation of when my pizza would be ready. They, not only met that time deadline, they were a few minutes early. I was greeted by the store’s manager in a friendly and welcoming manner. She confirmed what I had ordered and gave me notice that my pizza was just getting started in the preparation process and would be done in a few minutes. Once the pizza was done, they opened the box to confirm the pizza was to my satisfaction. Just like the other past orders I have made, it was to my satisfaction. I just simply proceeded to pay for it and then was on my way to home to enjoy it. The manager thanked me not only for my ordering with them, but for my visit as well. She’s seems to be someone who goes out of her way to ensure orders are accurate and that customers are not only just greeted, but respected.
