Firenza Pizza San Jose Mall, CA

Was so excited to get our pizza. 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive Door Dash called to say they couldn’t get our pizza, no one was answering the phone for pick up. I tried to call to say I’d come pick it up, because it should have been ready and Still no one is answering your phone. Boo on you!

This place doesn't exist! Ordered online while in the mall. Literally walked the entire mall twice. It's not here. What a huge hassle.

The bbq chicken bacon ranch pizza here is the best pizza I've had here at the mall, even better then California pizza kitchen and cheaper! Also the staff and owner are very friendly and helpful!

Fresh tasty pizzas, made to order. They have a choice if spicy or regular marinara or Alfredo for the sauce. They are generous with the toppings and do a great job of spreading them around. Today, the owner explain that the value was better for a personal pizza than for a kids meal. The pizzas were done just right!

Not your typical mall pizza. Very tasty sauce, lots of cheese and fast. Love the crust.
