        Low prices, good location, horrible customer service. I got charged twice for the same expense, and it took hours of being on hold with Regus customer service to get the issue resolved and get a refund. If you value your time, go with another office rental company. EDIT: I knocked it down to one star. Why? Not a single month has gone by where I have been charged exactly the amount I owe. Every single month around invoice time, I spent 2-4 hours on the phone with Regus customer support trying to figure out why I am getting double-charged. This Regus office is actually closing down before the end of my contract, and thankfully I can end my contract early. What a poorly-run company.
