Update: 9/30/2021: Just completed another mortgage refi through C2 Financial Corp; another great experience. Shawn contacted me to let me know rates had lowered so now we have even lower payments than before! If you want lower payments, call Shawn! I had a good experience getting a mortgage loan through Shawn and would not hesitate to recommend him to others for getting a very competitive rate.

I'm so impressive with Shawn and his team! I'm a business owner and tried refinancing my house with 5 other mortgage brokers and none of them could do it saying I don't have taxable income even though I have a ton of taxable income but because i'm not a standard W2 employee they didn't know how to do it. Then I met Shawn through my friend Lidsay and they said, "oh business owners are our specialty". Shawn and his team has been great from the get-go. When we had a low LTV and couldnt find a lender to even look at our loan, C2 Financial did their due diligence and found a lender. Fortunately, the real estate environment bounced back quickly within a few weeks of finding that lender and Shawn was able to find an even better lender with an even better loan rate. Shawn's team is quick to respond as well. Also, I have to say thank you to Taylor for his hard work and quick response to deal with issues that come up.
