Take out only and location is a bit sketch but the food is worth it. Koobideh and chicken kabobs are juicy and flavorful. We usually order the mixed kabob tray and one side of rice. Parking: Parking spots are small and tight

Although they have increased their prices, the food is still good. The beef and chicken kabobs are juicy and flavorful. The rice, salad and all the fixing are great too. My only issue is the space. They do not have indoor seating anymore. The outside space is limited to a few tables and chairs. There is nothing to the outside seating, a few tables and chairs. It's tight and unwelcoming. It is not easy for someone who has a wheelchair, as I experienced today with my mother. The space is tight and the tables are not practical if you are in a wheelchair. Luckily my mother is able to get up and move with little assistance but I can't imagine the struggle for someone who is 100% wheelchair bound. I watched most people pop in and out with pick up orders and you'll know why when you get there. I really hope they bring back their inside seating. Again , the food is good and the folks are sweet so maybe just try takeout. You won't be disappointed with that.
