No one knows where your order is? It's ridicules and frustrating. I don't know why they are there when they cannot help. I am so upset with them.

This place is a rip-off, I have a scooter that Medicare paid them $950, and I been having problems with it ever since I gotten it. First the battery charger then the battery. They do not have new Scotter or wheelchair everything that they have is Used but they pass it off to Medicare as it is new to get more money for a used item. Ever since I had this scooter, The battery replaces 2 times and the battery charge 3 times. This is not a good company to buy a mobility device from. Then they tried to pass it off as it's your fault for doing something wrong. So, therefore, if anybody looking to buy a new Scooter or wheelchair Mobility device, this company is not the place to go. This is a very bad company. They easy rip-off Medicare. Medicare should cancel their contract with these unprofessional peoples. Just to say to anyone that need a mobility device, do not go to this company, they are really a bad company, if you want to call them a company, totally rip-off. As I said before, Medicare should cancel their contract with these unprofessional peoples, And I have told them that several times. Just look at the complaints and reviews that being posed against them. A very bad company and they are ripping Medicare off.

On Dec 23., 2021 the nursing home (Stonebrook) sent an order for my walker to Hometown. 6 days later Hometown faxed a request that a doctor's reason was needed. Stonebrook didn't reply. Hometown did not follow up, and they waited 6 days to even ask for the Dr's note. 12 days later the patient (me) is still waiting for my walker!

This is a repost of my review on Yelp! My customer service experience with Hometown Medical Supply in San Jose has been great. My 93 year old mother was ordered a new walker by her PT /OT team and Hometown delivered it to her house. The first walker ordered was too large, so hometown delivered a new smaller walker to her. No problem. The new walker was not configured like we needed it, and Hometown quickly gave us the parts we needed. Now some people may consider 3 tries to get the right configuration a fail, but I don't know what was ordered. What I do know is that Hometown has been accommodating and willing to work with us, and that is a huge plus in my book.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Office girls are rude and hang up on you after waiting on hold forever. Technitions are untrained, un certified with questionable backgrounds(criminals/undocumented). Lalit only cares about money Not the patient! I've had to buy tires for my wheelchair for the last 2 years because they can't get the job done. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
