I made a joke to the lab person about her getting me so much blood out that they should pay me stupid joke . She responded what else do you want ? This is for free , youre not paying any co-payment these labs test cost lots of money am I right youre not paying a cent ? I say yes Im not paying but it was a stupid joke I felt humiliated! I didnt say anything at the moment because I know better and was time for me to be quiet . But I think the people who works in this kind of hospital where you have lots of charity work even though medical is paying them , should have more compassionate workers . Besides if I pay or not its not her problem. Her problem was that Im Latina and poor ( senior citizen) and I dont look like because Im white . I dont know her name and where to make a formal complaint I also dont want her to be fired because we dont know where we all coming from .
