Manager is this place was horrible immediately when entering she shouts do you have an apt, almost wanting you to say no so she can turn you down. My apt was at 9:15 and because I was 2 min late she said she couldnt take me but not beige trying to give me a speech about how I was late and they had scheduled times for patients. As soon as turned around to leave someone from inside calls my son in but the manager told her hes not getting helped because she was late. This person is miserable and finds pleasure turning away customer that need to get testing done. So many labs in the area do yourself a favor and dont comento this location

My wife and I took our son here for our appointment at 1050. Our son is 2 years old and had to get his blood drawn for some test. We came in near our appointment time and was seen at a reasonable time. This is our second time having to draw his blood since he is born. We were prepared with youtube, lollipops, favorite toys. We are aware on how to hold him. Story. After being let in, they asked my wife to sit and hug him from behind. A Hispanic nurse held my sons arm and another asian (Vietnamese) nurse was the one with the needle. After poking my son and not finding a vein, she kept poking but was unsuccessful. She then poked another arm and couldn't find it so she went back to the other arm. Then we were moved to another room, as they said it is better equipped. Another Vietnamese nurse came in and poked the original arm and still had a hard time finding a vein. After a little she was able to find one and filled 1 out of 4 vials. After the first bottle, the blood stopped coming out. Funny thing, the same tape and cotton was used to block 2 different holes? No tape on other arm. My son who has been crying the entire time is fighting for his life and pushing with all his might and slipping from my wife's grasp. I mean 2 arms back and forth and back again. At the time, 1 of the Vietnamese nurse stopped and paced on the corner of the room speaking in Vietnamese and visibly upset. We are the ones who paid, our son is the one getting blood drawn, and it's 1050am. That same nurse who is upset spoke in her language at the other nurse and then said husband needs to hold or come back again. We had enough. I have called the 1800 number and am waiting to hear back from the manager. Next it will be corporate. I may sound racist but I am a Korean American. As a health care professional, infront of clients, speak in English. If you are mad, designate and quiet room, therapy? Human resource? I don't know. But don't ever talk bad and show anger infront of my son or my family. Uncalled for behavior. I am curious what they can possible say. I do want an answer. I have also told my doctor and they are surprised to hear this mess. Recommendations and referrals right? I wonder if this is a breach of conduct according the the medical rules. At the end, unfinished blood draw, unfinished test but money taken out.
